Product description

Would you like to give your dish a wonderful rich flavour of White Truffles? Add our Olive Oil to it. A few drops are enough to add a unique luxurious aroma to your dish.

It has been produced in Spain by olives cold pressing, that is with no chemical processes involved. It doesn’t contain any preservatives or additives. Only fresh olives and dried sliced  White Truffles have been used to produce it.

It has been extracted from the first cold pressing, that is during the first pressing of olive paste, without any chemicals improving the extraction efficiency.

It’s worth knowing that, contrary to the Black Truffles, they have more delicate taste. The White Truffle taste is classified as umami, i.e. the fifth taste. Difficult to describe- neither bitter, nor sour, nor sweet, nor salty, however, according to the best chefs, exquisite and unforgettable. According to them, the White Truffle aroma keeps circulating nicely around your head…

Only a few particles of these precious mushrooms will suffice to aromatize one bottle of it. You will find them in every single bottle.
