Product description

This offer is for the local fruits of nature enthusiasts! Such Olive Oil tastes great even with bread on its own.

It has been produced in Spain by olives cold pressing, that is with no chemical processes involved. It doesn’t contain any preservatives or additives. Only fresh olives and dried parts of porcini have been used to produce it, the latter have been left in each bottle.

It has been extracted from the first cold pressing, that is during the first pressing of olive paste, without any chemicals improving the extraction efficiency.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil should be present in every kitchen due to its high content of vitamin E, polyphenols and beneficial fatty acid composition. It is anti-inflammatory, helps relieve pain and has a great effect on one’s heart. What’s more, it rejuvenates by sweeping away free radicals from our bodies.

The way of preparation

You should always have a bottle of Porcini mushrooms Olive Oil at hand, especially in autumn and winter. It will be a perfect companion for every dish, which dried mushrooms go well with. A few drops of it will intensify the mushroom aroma of any dish in an instant.

We suggest using it when preparing our Risotto with dried forest porcini. It can be added to meat dishes, potato purée and cream based sauces. It may be used cold in sauces, roasted vegetables, salmon or pizza.
