Product description

Appreciated by chefs as well as by home culinary enthusiasts.

It has been produced in Spain by olives cold pressing, that is with no chemical processes involved. It doesn’t contain any preservatives or additives. Only fresh olives and dried sliced Black Truffles have been used to produce it.

It has been extracted from the first cold pressing, that is during the first pressing of olive paste, without any chemicals improving the extraction efficiency.

The Black Truffle found in the olive oil ensures exceptional aroma and flavour. Only a few particles of these precious mushrooms will suffice to aromatize one bottle of it. You will find them in every single bottle.

The Black Truffle flavour triggers amazing associations. Some describe it as earthy and garlic like, others- as chocolate and nut like. We wonder what culinary experiences you will have?

The way of preparation

The Olive Oil with Black Truffles enriches the flavour of dishes like risotto and kashotto. It matches all The Green Woodpecker Trill dishes perfectly. It is a valued addition to pasta, eggs, vegetables and meat (beef and game preferably). Moreover, it goes well with all kinds of stuffing.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil should be present in every kitchen due to its high content of vitamin E, polyphenols and beneficial fatty acid composition. It is anti-inflammatory, helps relieve pain and has a great effect on one’s heart. What’s more, it rejuvenates by sweeping away free radicals from our bodies.
